Frozen shoulder is a chronic disease and it is unclear what to do or solve, as the problem. Regular massage and / or physical therapy to help with movement. Using bags to help wastewater discharges vascular hot and cold can. There is only one condition, the time of care.

I fear that the chiropractor, but that there is only one shoulder higher budget. It is a slow process and seems quite expensive, but believe me, it will make sense in the long run. one shoulder can be very painful, especially if for a period of time.

You could do some physio to help mobility, but really nothing else to do. It is a condition that must take its course. Unfortunately, the course is 18 months long!
