What to wear to this informal wedding? - new balance dress shoes

I am attending a wedding today. Held in a small forum (or construction). The friend told my friend that not only could a shirt with jeans and Nice B / C so formal. Is it okay for me, jeans and a shirt in Nice, too? I had thought, blue jeans with a shirt and a black dress with white flowers. (the silk and ribbons on the back is) I want to be comfortable, but I am not going to sticky. The wedding is now at 5.30 clock evening. Not wear shoes even clothing. I have a few bugs Nice Black Flip-Nice shoes and new balance. What should I bring? Thanks for any help.
